How far away can you pick up a heat signature?
Through our State of the Art thermal sensors, we can pick up heat signatures from a considerable distance, 2500ft or more is not uncommon. Many factors can impact thermal imaging like the weather, time of day and size of the target.
How long after the shot can you find a deer?
Many deer have been recovered up to 48hrs or more, again, many variables come in to play.
Can thermal imaging see through foliage?
No, but we are able to pick up heat signatures through breaks in the foliage. We use multiple angles to verify the identity of the heat signatures.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IT’S MY DEER?
This is where you come in. You will be able to watch the search on our 24” monitor. Once a deer is found with thermal imaging we will zoom in with our RGB cameras to identify the specific deer.
ok, we found my deer, what’s next?
Once your deer is located and confirmed dead, I will get precise GPS coordinates utilizing our drone mounted laser range finder and locator. If you use an app like OnX or HuntStand all you will need to do is scan the QR code and go to the waypoint.
What other services can you provide?
Drones are useful for conducting wildlife surveys and census, inspecting livestock and crops, building and infrastructure inspections, search and rescue operations, lost pet location, real estate photography and general aerial video and photography.
can you do roof inspections?
We can do a thermal and visible scan of your roof and gutters to identify heat loss, damaged roofing material and vents. We do not provide damage or age of roof estimates.
